At Precision People’s Car Repair, we pride ourselves on honest repairs and excellent service. We’re a clean, family-owned shop on a busy Berkeley street looking for a Service Advisor who can build trust, manage workflow, and be a key part of our team-oriented environment.


Position: Service Advisor | Full-Time


Pay: $50,000 - $110,000/year


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM


Your Role:

  • Greet customers and listen to their concerns
  • Provide accurate estimates and explain needed repairs
  • Coordinate with technicians for efficient scheduling and updates
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Previous automotive experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • General automotive knowledge
